Napton Fields Holiday Cottages are perfectly situated when visiting rural Warwickshire for business or pleasure. A great base for exploring or working at nearby Southam, Gaydon (including The British Motor Museum), Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, NAC Stoneleigh, Silverstone and the Cotswolds. We are minutes away from The Grand Union Canal - Napton Loop and numerous marinas. Also perfect for Warwick House wedding venue in Southam, or just visiting family and friends. The Cart Barn – Is a traditional barn which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, with exposed beams & feature exposed brickwork. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests. The Cart Barn is fully furnished with open plan fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge. Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump. The Cart Barn has a double bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower. This cottage is ideally suited to 2 people however there is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate an extra guest. Please note there is no blind on the skylight, making it light early in the mornings in the summer if sleeping in this lounge area. Please bring an eye mask if this will cause a problem •Towels, linen & toiletries provided. •Tea, coffee, sugar & milk included. •Electric Oven & Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge with freezer compartment, Dishwasher. •Freeview flat screen TV in lounge & bedroom. •Free wifi – rural broadband. •Private off road parking. •Picnic tables for ‘Al Fresco’ dining. Guests have sole use of the cottage, including the patio area and picnic tables, you are also welcome to walk around the farm, meet the horses and see the lambs from Feb to April. Bring your horse with you! Overnight stabling available for up to 8 horses. BBQ available, please ask if you would like to use it. Parking outside your cottage, The Cart Barn is half a mile from the nearest bus stop. As we are rural and The Cart Barn is situated on a farm, please note we are one mile to the nearest supermarket and restaurants so a car/taxi is required. Secure off road parking with space for larger vehicles or work vans as we are located in a rural position down a tree lined drive, off the main road. Internet connection and mobile phone signal is rural so please have patience & do not expect high speed broadband.
