June 2019 newly acquired) This well maintained accommodation (up to 7 adults, dogs allowed) is located on bicycle distance to the beautiful North Sea beaches, the Brouwersdam and Renesse. Just 300 meters away is the Grevelingermeer and the Yachthaven Scharendijke. The holiday home has a large garden with 2 terraces, a spacious kitchen, a fireplace and a beautiful bright bathroom with shower and bath. Experience with your family or friends great carefree holidays in Scharendijke and the surrounding area. The accommodation: On the ground floor is the large bright living room. The open fireplace and heating provide a pleasant climate in the house in every season. The open kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The storage room is another refrigerator with freezer available, so the drinks for the barbecue are also nice and cold. A new satellite system was installed to receive all free German channels with a modern new UHD television. The large bright bathroom with shower and bath is located in the basement. Opposite is a separate toilet with sink. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a toilet with sink. Bedroom 1: A double bed 1,80m. Bedroom 2: One double bed 1,60m. Bedroom 3: Two single beds each 0.8m. Bedroom 4; A single bed 0,8m The garden is spacious. The two terraces provide plenty of sun, each with 2 seats. Smoking, parties and events are not allowed. The driveway can accommodate 2 - 3 cars. There are more free parking spaces available at the park entrance. For your safety, smoke detectors are installed in the living room, in the hallway on the ground floor and in all bedrooms. A CO detector was installed in the storage room with the gas boiler. So you are protected all around.
