Cozy accommodation away from busy Munich

Just between Munich and Augsburg lies this unique accomodation surrounded by nature and still in good reach to both wonderful cities. The room is around 18m² and located on the top floor of the house. Enjoy a walk down to the small river Paar or a swim in the lake Mandichosee or in the river Lech which is around 4 km from the house. 5min walk to the train towards Augsburg and 25min walk to the train towards Munich. You live in this cozy house, close to town with all its necessities. The room is on the top floor and is 18 m². It has a comfortable 140cm bed, suitable for one or two people, a spacious wardrobe for your clothes, two bed side tables, towels and bed sheet with covers. 3 windows (one just over the bed so you can see the stars while lying in bed). Nice & quiet room, except the churchbells (church is around 500 m away from us). Water, water boiler & tea bags are included. You have access on the ground floor to the kitchen with plates, glasses etc., to the living room with open fire place, TV and a guest toilet. From the living room you reach the big terrace and the small garden. If the wheater is good, you can enjoy your time there, e.g. have breakfast outside in the morning sun. The bathroom is located on the first floor with shower and bath tub as well as two sinks. Huge windows towards nature. Free Wi-fi. Usage of washing machine is possible. Two big supermarkets and two bakeries can be reached in a 5 Minutes walk. All other necesitties (further shops, banks , hairdresser, doctor, .....) are reachable in 5 Minutes by car. Lake Mandicho and the river Lech is just 4 km away and wonderful for swimming, SUP, watching the sunset, etc. Great jogging towards or around the lake or along the river Lech. Good starting point for sight-seeing (by car): -beautiful lake AMMERSEE (45 min) -monastery KLOSTER ANDECHS (45 min) -LANDSBERG AM LECH (30 min) -Mountains for hiking etc. ALLGÄU (90 min) Parking space is always available close to the house. 5min walk to the train which brings you directly to Augsburg (25min train ride, no change of trains). 25min walk to the train (5 min by car, 10 min by bike or one stop in the train that goes towards Augsburg) which brings you directly to Munich Hauptbahnhof (35min train ride, no change of trains). From Munich Hauptbahnhof 10min walk to the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) or 1 stop by subway (U-Bahn). We do have a friendly dog & cat.
