A modern, fresh and refurbished self contained annex, on the side of a private residence. The annex is an urban area close to local amenities, all of which are within walking distance from the property. On entering the annex through its own private entrance is the Kitchen; the Kitchen comes complete with all the utensils needed for preparing and cooking your own meals. There is a fold out table with two high chairs available to use for eating. As you continue to go through the property you have the Bathroom on your right hand side, before entering into the Bedroom. The Bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, luggage rack and Television with access to Netflix. There are French doors leading from the bedroom out onto a decking area. The property has Wifi access throughout. A self contained annex on the side of a private residence with its own entrance. As you walk through the property you will see the Bathroom on your right hand side, before entering into the Double Bedroom. The Bedroom has a double bed and French doors leading out onto the decking and the garden area. Within the Bedroom are bedside tables, wardrobe, luggage stand and Television with access to Netflix. There is Internet Wifi access throughout the property. You can either telephone or message me. A 'Ring' doorbell has been installed, so even when I am not around you can ring the doorbell and I can talk to you. A key safe is also there for your convenience to do self check in. The property is a 5 minute walk from local amenities such as: Asda Supermarket, 24 hour Gym, Tanning Salon, Pharmacy, Dentist. Next to the amenities are the local park and canal, which offer plenty of walks into the local countryside. A 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive is the Black Horse Public House, which has both a Restaurant and Drinks areas. A 10 minute drive away is Milton Keynes shopping centre and the Snozone (indoor snow slope, cinema, bars, restaurants, gym and shops), both of these provide ample parking. There is a local regular Bus service from outside Asda (5 minute walk). Milton Keynes Train Station has direct links to London Euston, some of which have a travel time of 35 minutes.
