On the ground floor you will find a lovely loggia opening onto the entrance, a lounge with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level there is a guest bathroom and a utility room. On the upper level you will found the bedrooms: the yellow double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower, a blue twin bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. It is possible to add an extra single bed, located in a passage room. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Our Opinion This 3 bedrooms villa, surrounded by a large garden with private swimming pool, is located close to Florence and not far from the Chianti area, Siena and San Gimignano, all easily reachable through scenic roads or motorway. The property is perfect for a family holiday.
