The property will allow full access to a hot tub, log fired sauna and a large log cabin which houses an indoor BBQ. It’s a brisk 10 minute walk (partially on road for about a minute) into Burnham market town which houses many delectable restaurants, shops and a deli. There is a butcher shop open too, perfect to pick up bbq essentials. The property has a large garden with perfect rolling field views. Accessing the property will have electric gates, then onto the gravel driveway which can house up to 4 mid sized vehicles. It has a paving through the garden onwards to accessing the log cabin, wood fired sauna and hot tub. Burnham market is a super town to be in, it has such vibrancy and so close to the North Norfolk coast, which is famous for its long beaches, perfect for long walks and local delights. There are plenty of ways to get around the coast by an hourly bus (during peak times) or taxi. FAKE TAN LOTION - if you wish to use fake tan whilst at the property or choose to put on prior, if there are any stains on any of the towels, bedding or furniture, there will be a charge for replacement!!! If you’re wanting to relax in the hot tub and fancy having a glass of something. We require guests to have plastic glasses for your health and safety. Sauna usage - please note we do not provide logs or kindling. There is a supply at the local petrol station PLEASE NOTE - Parents discretion for children who want use of the hot tub and sauna and must always be accompanied by an adult.
