On the very edge of the Peak District, and near the Pennine Trail, The house is set on a private country estate extending to approximately 500 acres. Two hot tubs one for each set of 6 guests, subject to social distancing, Karaoke /Disco room again subject to social distancing, farmhouse kitchen with 4 oven Aga. Two lounges for 6 guests each both with TV's, Dining room will seat 6 and the kitchen will seat 6. Sleeps up to two groups of 6, breakfast provided by the host T&C apply Outdoor area, with mini goal posts, and badminton net, plenty area to lawn, large patios with seating for 16 I will be available for problems, I also reserve the right to inspect the property at anytime for missuse, I also reserve the right to have security on duty throughout your stay. I expect the house to be tidied to a reasonable standard before your departure, and prior to my housekeeper arriving at the appointed departure time of 10am, there is no ability to extend this time due to arrivals.
