The cottage "Les Hirondelles", chalet-style, on the banks of the Aude welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Matemale, located at 1,541 m above sea level on the Capcir plateau. In the Regional Park of the Catalan Pyrenees, Matemale mountain village combines authenticity and dynamism. You will find two restaurants, a country bistro, a summer pool, a jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna and a snack bar. On site: a grocery store, a cheese dairy, a brasserie ... Many festivities. In summer, the lake will seduce you! In autumn (second weekend in October) the Matemale potato is honored with the famous and renowned "potato festival" with various festive events on the program. Very nice 4 room apartment, very quiet and silent. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with two single beds and a games room (with the games and toys that go with it), and the living room has a very comfortable convertible sofa. We can provide on request two cots, two high chairs and a small bathtub for toddlers ... The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, a bathroom, a shower room upstairs, two toilets, a television, DVD player, playstation2 console for children, internet without wire and a ski locker. Are provided: sheets, duvets, pillows, hand towels. The kitchen includes 4 gas burners, all kitchen utensils for cooking like at home, a traditional oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a dishwasher. In short, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen! You will have access to a 1,200 m2 garden, and on sunny days you can benefit from the barbecue, garden furniture and if you are accompanied by children they can have a good time on the swing and the trampoline. The deposit for 2 nights is 500 € to be paid directly to the owner on arrival, for one week and more the amount will be 1000 € deposit.
