It consist of a large apartment on the first floor of a cottage surrounded by a 1800 sq.m garden with trees and blooming flowers, 200 m away from the sea. The house offers all the comforts such as heating and hot water by gas. The house is warm in winter and fresh in summer due to its 4 m height ceilings. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two double and one single respectively. You will also find two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace on two sides of the house. A part of the garden (enclosed) is available. You can park your car in the garden. The kitchen offers an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a 3-drawer freezer, crockery, and pots and pans available. Bathroom and bed linen can be provided upon request. It is very close to Fiumicino Airport (30 km away), 1 h away from Ciampino, and 40 min away from Rome centre, easily reachable by bus, train, motorway, or national road. It is located 15 min away from the Civitavecchia harbour. For an additional fee, it is possible to pick you up and take you back to the airport.
