As the villa is at the end of the street you will also enjoy sunshine the whole of the day without neighboring houses shadowing. The villa is 171 sqm, set on two floors, with 4 bedrooms, large social spaces, a beautiful garden and outdoor dining spot with barbecue. The lower floor consists of the main social spaces with an open floor plan; a spacious living room, wooden fireplace, a large TV (with chromecast) and view towards the beautiful private garden. In connection to the living room you find the dining area with seating for up to 8 persons, children’s chairs are also available upon request. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, tea and coffeemaker, dishwasher and all essentials you will be needing to cook and dine at home during your stay. One of the bedrooms is also situated on the lower level, it has a 140 cm wide bed and windows towards the garden (with blinds). You also find one of the bathrooms here, fully equipped with shower and wc. The stylish staircase with decorative glazed railing leads to the upper floor which holds three spacious and lightly furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom also have a separate dressing room and adjacent bathroom with jacuzzi. Besides the master bed room, there is a bedroom with a 90 cm wide bed and a children’s bedroom with bunkbeds (both 90cm wide). As mentioned there is also a second slightly larger bathroom that is newly renovated with a jacuzzi and WC. On the upper level you also find one additional social space with TV (chromecast) and sofa; a perfect spot to unwind. The garden offers sunlight all day around as the villa is situated at the end of the calm street. Feel free to use the barbecue and play on the trampoline. The hedge surrounding the villa gives privacy and a good place for kids to play around and for you to sunbath during sunny days. Just a short walk away you find the waterfront and a café/restaurant if you don't fell like cooking at home. There is also a functional laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The villa is an exclusive stay for you as guests. The villa is close to the waterfront, Gåshaga Strand's Boat Club and to the promenade, the beach, marinas, restaurants, cafés and green areas such as Ekhol (Hidden by Airbnb) äs and Långängens nature reserve. It only takes about 20 minutes by car to Stockholms' inner city. If you don't have access to a car, the train "Lidingöbanan" is situated about 8 minutes walk from the house and takes you to the metro station "Ropsten". From there you can take the metro into the city central or the luxurious Östermalm. There is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. No loud music/noise allowed after (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and only confirmed guests are allowed in the house. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors.
