Situated on the first floor, this spacious and fully air conditioned apartment comfortably sleeps six people. The modern and fully fitted kitchen provides all the facilities to cater for all the families needs. Enjoy drinks and meals on the large balcony that overlooks the pool area or you can relax on sun beds around the pool and enjoy a cooling swim in the well maintained pool that is shared by other residents. The apartment is well situated with restaurants/bars, supermarkets, cafes and a beautiful beach all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Outside The large balcony overlooking the pool area provides a large dining table with six chairs. An outside storage cupboard stores two sunbeds, one sun parasol and two lilos for use around the pool or on the beach. The pool is available from June - end September. Accessibility Lifts are available to the first floor apartment. Wheelchair ramps are available leading to the apartment block and pool area to provide wheel chair accessibility. Although a car is advisable if you wish to explore the Calabrian area, it is not necessary if your preference is to relax by the pool or beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and a taxi service available to take you to selected restaurants that are out of town.
