Enjoy your stay! Our house of 160 m² is located in the Normandy countryside at 1:30 seafront and 20 minutes from Giverny. Enjoy our 2800m² garden with swings and games for young and old and barbecue! New house of 160m² on ground floor with large garden of 2800m². You will have access to the portico for children. We offer games (board games, outdoor toys). We rent you a room of the house with en suite shower and WC, with a total area of 22m². It is possible to add a bed for child or baby in the room. We have baby equipments if needed and a small oven or microwave. The room is equipped with a table, chairs, an electric kettle and a hairdryer. You access the room directly from the outside, on the ground floor. The room is on one level, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility. You have a reserved parking in the property We are at your disposal to ensure a great stay in our house Douces'Eure. The prices include discounts length of stay and your needs (breakfast or not). Lower Cierrey is a small part of the village Cierrey. We are quiet, between a farm, an orchard, a hilly woods. We are in the heart of nature, we admire almost every day in our garden pheasants, hares and deer in the forest. We love the tranquility and proximity that we can have with nature. Note home is healthy and new, and we wanted to make an orchard in our garden, the first harvest will be coming soon! You will have reserved parking spaces in our field. The taxi-bus passes 30m, and bus "classic" 700 m, it is very easy to reach on foot (flat). You will transit in Evreux, and a railway station. You will be in the countryside but you can dispose of the activities in town. Indeed, the national road, you will soon come to Evreux and Pacy-sur-Eure for restaurants for example!
