Maison Simonet is a charming and fully equipped gite with two bedrooms in the French country side near the Belgian border. The gite is decorated with a mix of 'brocante' and modern elements. The gite is decorated with a mix of 'brocante' and modern elements. The terrace offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the small and quiet village Brouennes. (See below for more info about our rates) On the ground floor you find the cozy living room with fire place, (sleeping) sofa, TV (satellite), please note that we have no French channels, Netflix, Apple computer with wifi, and IPod/IPhone speaker. Our fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso milk steamer and large dining table with 7 chairs. Bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower, double washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. First floor: one bedroom with a double bed (sleeping under the stars!) and closet. One bedroom with two single beds, closet and washer and dryer. Garden of 200m ². Garden furniture (two tables and 8 chairs, parasol, 2 adjustable chairs, 2 sunbeds, hammock), a BBQ and trampoline. Maison Simonet is on a very quiet country road overlooking the beautiful hills and the small and quiet village of Brouennes. In Brouennes are no shops. In the town of Stenay (at 6 km) you can find shops and supermarkets. Each room has heating and there is a cot, iron and ironing board. -When you bring a dog we ask an additional fee of 10 euro per stay. -In July and August we only rent per week from Saturday to Saturday. -Included in rentalprice: towels (bath and kitchen), bedlinnen (beds are made when you arrive), use of water, gas, electricity and wifi, final cleaning.
