The villa has its own olive grove and lovely secluded pool in the gardens. There are several dining areas inside and out, mosquito screens and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Sunbeds provided and an outdoor kitchen and bar with BBQ and fridge. English and also Spanish television + DVD/CD player. Bose sound system. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, juicer, electric oven and 6 ring gas hob, american fridge/freezer, hostess trolley. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs and the huge main bedroom is upstairs with a full en-suite including a corner bath and separate shower and has access to it's own roof terrace. There are 2 travel cots at the property, a highchair, baby bath and playpen can also be provided, please ask. There is a large woodburner in the sitting room and also gas/electric heaters throughout for the cooler winter months. All rooms have air conditioning. The swimming pool has roman steps and is 10 by 4 metres and completely private. The local town of Turre is 2 miles and has a good supermarket and several bars and restaurants whilst Mojacar and several beaches is just an easy 10 minute drive away.
