Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen with a dining area, as well as a living room with an electric flame effect fire, as well as a ground floor cloakroom and WC. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC, and a twin bedroom. There is a separate wet room style shower room and WC. There is a large garden area, with a terrace and a table and chairs. Ample off road parking is provided. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £25.00.
