Dear guests, For your stay is a 105m² pretty semi-detached house with upscale amenities and a relaxed atmosphere. On the ground floor welcomes you a generous, bright corridor. To use you will find a guest bathroom, a love-making living room with fireplace and a stylish dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people. (4 adults and 2 children + 1 baby), a bathroom with shower and bath, toilet and a double sink. Furthermore, the house has a garage and a garden with terrace, garden lounge and a large garden grill for cozy evenings. Our semi-detached house is located in a quiet, beautiful, well-kept side street. Please note: Spa taxes are charged in Neustadt per person per day. See photo for levy. Children up to 18 years are exempted from the spa tax.
