You'll adore the rural location with cows or sheep in the fields and eggs from the chickens. There are ponies in the neighbouring field and riding can be arranged. Direct access onto footpaths to explore the countryside or go to the pub. Perfect for couples or families. A 3-bedroom bungalow with garden. L-shaped living room and dining space which has a log burner. Fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room containing washing machine and tumble drier. Main bedroom a super king sized bed. Second bedroom has a king bed. Third bedroom has bunk beds. All bed linen and towels provided. I provide toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, eggs and bin liners We live next door so available to help with any questions. Come and meet the chickens and collect the eggs. During the summer apples and plums can be picked in the orchard Horse riding can be arranged at an additional cost. There is parking space for 3 cars. Guests are able to walk the 1 mile to local shops, Wivelsfield Station & a pub or across the fields to another pub. The property is 2 miles from Haywards Heath station: 50 minutes to London or 20 minutes to Brighton. Just to say that there is no dishwasher. I supply washing up liquid and tea towels.
