A bright and modern family seaside house literally seconds from the beach. Very comfortable and fantastic for a family beach holiday. Accommodates 4 adults in 2 lovely double bedrooms and a bunk room suitable for 4 kids/teenagers. Great location 1.15hrs from London and lots of great pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. The rear garden is a sun trap to catch the sun all afternoon/evening whilst entertaining. Nearby towns worth visiting nearby are Arundel and Petworth Modern and comfortable space to relax and entertain in. Lounge and dining area open plan. Guests can access part of the garage, good for storing bikes and beach accessories. There is a washing machine in garage. Guests can contact us anytime on their stay Rustington town is less than 5 minute drive fabulous Waitrose with free parking. Lots of other great shops for everything you need, bakers, grocery shop, Boots, Superdrug, WHS. Coffee shop, Thai, Indian and Italian restaurant in Rustington town all very good. There is also a large super large Sainsbury 10 minute drive from the house with everything to offer. The is a the Seaview Hotel with has a great pub and pub garden its about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Great pub food and children friendly. Virgin Active has amazing activities for children, bowling, clip and climb, laser tag and soft play area for young children, all in in doors. Outside there is safari crazy gold and golf football. There are local buses that go from Rustington town to Brighton, Hove. Train to London from Angmering and Littlehampton. There are lots of board games for adults and children Sky TV and Nintendo Wii
