Westowe Calf Byre is a modern barn conversion on a small secluded farm, set in the beautiful Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both en-suite with shower and lovely living area with French Windows overlooking the neighbouring fields. We are 1 mile from the village of Kirkby Malzeard which has a Pub, and local amenities, only 6 miles to the Vibrant town of Masham, Pateley Bridge, and the City of Ripon and close to Harrogate and York. This is a Cosy Holiday let with open plan seating area, with dining table, large flat screen smart TV . Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, electric fan oven & toaster. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) both en suite . Hairdryers, shampoo etc provided. Double glazed and centrally heated, Free Wifi. Patio and garden to the rear, with views over the fields; front courtyard and private parking at the front. Heating and electricity included in the rent - Bed Linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Sorry but no Pets and not suitable for children under 10. There is a Key safe so you can let yourself in if you prefer. We are next door and are more than willing to give you any advice or information, but you have your own privacy and peace and quiet if you prefer. It's completely up to you ! We are central for The Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire Moors and East Coast, with Ripon, Pateley Bridge, York, Harrogate and the wonderful World Heritage Site of Fountains Abbey all a short drive away. There are plenty country footpaths right from your own front door, maps are provided for your use if you wish. We are just over 1 hour away by car to the east coast resorts of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey and we are at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales . The beautiful city of York is only 1 hour drive, and numerous other places to see and visit. A folder is provided listing many places of interest. Unfortunately we are not on a Public transport route. Please , No Smoking or Vaping in the property.
