Hillmotts is a charming, spacious and newly refurbished farmhouse which has the perfect setting for a countryside getaway. Nestled within a 2,400 acre country estate and surrounded by beautiful woodland, this property boasts all the benefits of the countryside and yet is prime location approx 40 minutes drive from central London with easy access from the M40. Guests can enjoy use of their very own private outdoor hot tub whilst taking in the fresh country air. Free onsite parking. A stunning Rustic farmhouse situated in a remote location yet extremely close to the M40 with easy links into London. The Farmhouse has a dining room, spacious sitting room and large farmhouse style kitchen. We also have an onsite lodge available to book in addition to your stay. The lodge is newly refurbished and sleeps up to 3 people comprising of 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, kitchenette, dining area, shower room and living area. The lodge is only available as an addition to booking the main house. Please message Hayley for additional information about the lodge. Why not treat yourself take advantage of our fantastic private Chef Lewis Twydle! We also have a great babysitting service if required. There is ample parking for up to 6 cars. Guests have full access to the house and public footpaths situated on the land. There is a neighbouring property on the land. Browse the wide streets of Beaconsfield new town, where you can discover anything from sports equipment to musical instruments, arts and crafts to fashion and millinery. There really is something for everyone! It is also the home to Bekonscot Model Village, the world’s oldest and original model village. Opening for the first time in 1929. With over 80 years of history, huge model railway, 1.5 acres of well kept gardens and finely detailed model buildings Bekonscot is a great day out for everyone. The Royal Standard Pub, located a mile away from the centre of the town, is a popular visitor attraction as it is reported to be the oldest Free House in England, playing host to King Charles I during the civil war. Successful children's writer Enid Blyton and former Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli both have strong links to Beaconsfield town. Another pub, bar and restaurant is the Royal Saracens Head which is central to the picturesque town. With delicious food using locally sourced ingredients, a relaxed enviorment and stylish decor, this is the perfect retreat for brunch, lunch or dinner while you visit. Head to the old town on a Tuesday, for the friendly and welcoming market as well as the monthly farmers market which is also a very popular addition to the Beaconsfield retail scene. A short drive from the centre you can visit Odds Farm Park for bundles of family fun! Pair this with a trip to Burnham Beeches, a National Nature Reserve which is full of beautiful woodland and wildlife. Perfect for dog walking and picnicking. The town is located on Junction 2 of the M40 less than 25 miles north west of the centre of London.
