Charming and elegant cottage located in picturesque Dales village of West Burton, with convenient access to village green, pub, tea room, village shop and butchers - all steps away from magnificent walks! The spacious cottage is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a memorable Dales holiday. You won't be disappointed! The property is a spacious 2 bedroom cottage with c.950 sq footage of space. Both large double bedrooms have ensuites (one with a bath and separate shower, the other with shower). The lounge has the benefit of a wood burning stove which supplements the electric central heating, and an attractive dining kitchen with Rangemaster cooker. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. It has been recently refurbished and beautifully finished to exacting standards. Externally there is a small flagged patio at the front of the house, with seating area to enjoy the village life and views. I've have also recently added broadband at the property. The property is rented on a sole use basis, you will not be sharing the property with anyone else. I will be contactable via phone and email. The key to the property will be provided via a keybox. There is a local caretaker should you have any issues West Burton is considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in the Yorkshire Dales National Park with a large village green and no through road. Also within the village is the West Burton Cauldron Falls one of the waterfalls drawn by Turner during his tour of the North of England. West Burton has a real sense of community, with a village shop/tearoom, pub and family run butcher's shop. There is also plenty for the visitor to see and do.
