Large holiday home in debt to the Ahr! Located in the Ahreifel, it is only approx. 50 minutes by car from Cologne and Bonn. Our house was built in 1870. It is beautifully renovated, nicely decorated and very cozy. The Ahr makes a loop like an OMEGA sign around the town of Schuld and the holiday home is right on the river, but also about 10m above, in the middle of the sweet town with its bakery, the small fresh market and the restaurants. Around there are plenty of beautiful routes for walking, hiking or cycling. Among other things, the Ahrsteig and the red wine hiking trail. The house offers space for 4 to approx. 20 people. There are six bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (mezzanine floor), two are on the 1st Upper floor and two (one is a through room) are located on the second upper floor. Bedroom No. 1 on the ground floor has a very good double bed (200 x 200cm). Bedroom no. 2 has a very good oak double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm each). The two bedrooms on the 1st Upper floor each have a very good double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (each 90 x 200cm). One bedroom on the 2nd The first floor has a very good double bed (160 x 200cm) and the second bedroom has two French beds (140 x 200cm). In addition, you can of course bring your own mattress storage and with several in classroom no. 1 sleep on the ground floor (54sqm). There are bathrooms on the ground floor (shower, 2 toilets, 1 urinal + 2 sinks), on the 1st OG (two great bathrooms, one with a bath, incl. Shower + toilet; one with separate bath and shower + toilet). In the 2nd On the first floor there is a very small bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the large living / dining area (classroom No. 2, 54sqm) with an open, fully equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, double-circuit espresso machine and espresso grinder, etc.) and fireplace, you will be happy to spend your time. The two very large dining tables (together up to 5.40m long) offer space for up to 20 people. A special highlight is classroom no. 1 on the ground floor, with its new wood-burning stove and the seating group draped around it, suitable for sitting or reading, it is perfect as a playroom with the large pool table (can also be used as a large game table with the tabletop) and the professional foosball table (Ulrich brand) available. A high-end HIFI system (Dynaudio Contour 2 MK II speakers, Marantz integrated amplifier, Marantz CD player) are already there so that you can spoil yourself with wonderful music of your choice. In the large living / dining room and in bedroom 3 on the 1st OG are also very good HIFI systems (Audio Physic speakers + Teac integrated amplifier + Sony CD player; Quadral speakers + Yamaha integrated amplifier + Marantz CD player) available. On the terrace / garden (approx. 50sqm) with a great view over the Eifel and the Ahr, you can let the evening sun shine in your face or the newly created outdoor sauna, with a plunge pool for cooling off or the hot tub (hot tub / hot tub) at approx Use 40 degrees water temperature (please see the costs under "Rental prices").
