Just around the corner from quaint Antioch, Wilmot Ski Slopes, Bristol Renaissance Fair, 20 min. to Six Flags in Gurnee, 30 min. to Lake Geneva. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a gigantic screen room with HOT TUB, ping pong, cozy seating, rocking chairs, table and chairs for eating along with a lake view, and a newly renovated kitchen, you’ll begin to relax and unwind upon arrival. Primary renter needs to be age 25+ Main house sleeps 12 (not including children 0-2) We also offer a COACH HOUSE FOR EXTRA GUESTS in parties of 13-16 for $250/night. Preference for Coach House rental is given to Main House renters. Otherwise, it may be rented to other guests. Lots of privacy in between! The only shared amenities are lake dock, row boats, canoe, 2 kayaks. Memorial Day through Labor Day- Weekly rentals only. (Friday-Friday) Amenities include: Fully stocked kitchen with Toaster Oven, Coffee grinder and Coffee maker, 2 large crockpots, Ninja blender, hand mixer, lots of pots & pans, dishes, even spices and herbs to share. All life vests, skis, and tubes included. In the unforeseen event that local law enforcement is called due to late-night noise issues, a $500 fine will be issued. We have not had this happen, but please remember that you are in a residential setting and we want to be respectful to our neighbors.
