The rental is located in the village of Villorceau, 2 km from Beaugency, between Orleans and Blois, near the circuit of the Loire by bike and the gates of Sologne. The house, very functional, offers a great comfort of life: living room / kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom and veranda. The living room is equipped with a large sofa with TV, hi-fi, DVD player, internet with wifi (games and books in the furniture). The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction table, hood, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. In the bathroom, you have a walk-in shower and a basin with cabinet. A washing machine and a tumble dryer complete the equipment of the house. In the room: a bed 140 and two beds 90 (with duvets), TV and radio alarm clock. In the veranda: a 2 seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Outside, you enjoy the garden of 110 m² with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Bedding and towels are provided. Available on request: cot, high chair. You can visit near many castles: Chambord (30 min), Cheverny, Blois, ... Also enjoy the visit of the Beauval Zoo. And the karting track of Sea (one of the biggest circuits of Europe, 1500 m of track) is with 15 mn. During the summer, look for your way in the labyrinth of Beaugency. Possibility of parking in the closed courtyard. 4 stars furnished tourism classification in 2018 Electricity billed above 8 kwh per day. Cleaning fee if needed 40 €.
