This two-level country house and its 500m garden, is situated in the quiet seaside village Chalkoutsi, 80 km (55 minutes via highway)from Athens airport and 64km( 60 minutes via highway) from Syntagma Square in the centre of Athens. Our home is just 30 metres away, so practically 1 minute walk, from the beach. Guests can make use of the bbq facilities and the traditional oven and, after request, bicycles and a canoe. There is also central heating and a fireplace for the winter months. The house itself and its spot is ideal for a family holiday. However, the area is also ideal for the water sports lovers as one of the most popular kite surfing beaches in Greece is found in walking distance,only 200m away. The neighborhood is at its busiest in July and August as the nearby beach is one of the most popular of the area. Especially quiet from the beginning of September to the end of May. Halkoutsi, where local tavernas and another playground is found, is within walking distance via the beach road, while there are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
