Beautiful Double Room In Peacehaven

Like to welcome you to my beautiful, peaceful home in Peacehaven. It's a perfect place to stay if you want comfortable large rooms with easy access to Brighton (15 minutes by bus) or to explore Sussex. The house itself is big, very clean and spacious, so you can always find some peace and quiet. I really want you to feel at home here, and creating a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and environment is really important to me. The house has a double bed and twin single. Double Bedroom - King size bed, wardrobe space, big bright, spacious room. *Twin Single Bedroom - This is a converted loft space—two single beds with an option to have a mattress on the floor if needed. It also includes Virgin TV, Xbox, and sofa. Has a chest of draws and a small cupboard for hanging clothes.* (this room is available on another listing) Front Room - Huge front room with a large sofa. Feel free to use this room, which contains large TV, Virgin, PS4. Kitchen - All the normal things you would find in a kitchen, including a coffee machine. The table that seats at least six people. Bathroom - The bathroom has twin sinks and a shower unit, no bath, but the shower is powerful. There are toilets upstairs and downstairs. Conservatory - This backs onto the kitchen, lovely to sit in there when it's sunny and leads out onto the garden. Garden - Nice sized garden. The house has great wifi upstairs and downstairs. Rooms come with ethernet connections too. A continental breakfast is also provided. If you need to smoke you can in the garden, will provide an ash tray. Will provide fresh towels for your stay too. I like to make sure you feel at home but also that you can have your own space. The good thing about the rooms are they are big enough if you want to just get some peace and chill out. I am on hand though and will be always reachable by phone if you need anything. I love living down by the coast so will always be happy to recommend things for you to try out or see around the area. Peacehaven is really lovely. I live across the road from a park which has a children playground. Within a five minutes walk there are small cafes and also a Sainsburys, Co Op , Costa, Greggs, Subway etc. We also have lots of takeaways in the area if you fancy getting some food in. Being so close to the coast road makes getting a bus into Brighton so easy (one straight road), it takes about 15 - 20 minutes and you can buy a saver ticket for just over £5 that will last all day on any buses around the area. Driving is also an option and i have off road parking at my house for one car.
