Jacallans rooms. friendly Montague rd Portsmouth

We are in Montague road , North end and very close to shops, bus stops, library. bars and restaurants. just a few minutes walk. We have 4 double rooms and 4 single rooms spread across the 2 adjoining houses. We can sometimes provide meals if required and we are availiable that day to cook. We have a south facing garden to smoke in. We are close to the ferry port and motorways M27 A27 A3 and M275. The town centre is approximately 10 min bus ride. Yards from bus stop, tesco, cash points, banks, bars, restaurants, library, post office and a few shops like....sainsbury, pound land, peacocks, store 21, charity shops, chemist, nail bars, betting shops and bakery. All within less than 5 min walk from house. We will provide a key for guests on arrival. We have high speed wi-fi. A large south facing garden with plenty of chairs. We own the house next door so it's a double garden. There's a bar in the garden that has 2 tv screens that Allan sometimes watches different sports in. Mary (jacquis mum) lives in next road and also hosts our guests. Our guests often leave us having become a friend. Portsmouth international port....1 mile Hilsea train station.....1.2 miles Fratton park....2 miles Gunwharf quays and The Hard....2.5 miles Portsmouth town centre.....1.5 miles Clarence pier ( seafront)....3 miles Isle of Wight ferry....2.5 miles Most university buildings can be reached between 35 and 45 min walk or short bus ride Also close to motorway if you wish to explore or take one of several busses from the top of our road. Meals sometimes availiable £5 per person per day (if we are cooking that day) Allan is a keen cook and enjoys trying different recipes. He also a Glasgow Rangers fan with a bar across the 2 gardens where he likes to watch sports and enjoy a beer or two
