Cosy Chalet in nature 15km from Ljubljana

Comfortable house located in Dobravica village, just 15-20 minutes by car to the city center of Ljubljana. Entire house is available for use, on 2700 sqm of private property in nature, with no neighbours. Car parking for up to four cars is available. Ground floor area in house consists of living&dining room area, sleeping room, kitchen with cooking area, oven and refrigerator and bathroom. Outside grill is available for use. The property is family friendly. Guests have full access on the 2700 square meters of property. Property is in nature nearby forest, farmers fields and village Dobravica, with no close neighbors. I'll be available on my mobile phone during your stay, for any advise on what to see in the neighborhood/Ljubljana/Slovenia/nearby countries. I would like to welcome and meet in person every guest, show the house and the property. The neighborhood of the property is mainly nature. In nearby village Dobravica leaves farmers, there is an old recently renovated church St. Gregor. During your stay, it is usual to hear noises like cow dulling and church bells. If you have in plan to leave the property for exploring our country, it is recommended to have a car. There is a public bus (line 19i) in town Ig that connects you to Ljubljana. Taxi from Dobravica to Ljubljana centre will cost you approximately 14-18 EUR. In town Ig you can find following services: - supermarket with butcher shop - local bars - restaurant - gas station - post - bank - library Outside bed is availabe for use, also for the overnight. Children amenities like trampoline, tobbogan, swing and children's house are available for use. During the night you might see some wild animals either on the road or crossing our property, like roe deer, rabbit or fox.
