Tea and coffee making facilities available in bedroom. TV with sky, including sky sports, Netflix. Breakfast is including in the price. You will have access to shared kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet and lounge, you will have you own private bathroom. We will always be available for our guests day and night. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours. There is visitors parking and when you check in you can use the drive. Nearest local shopping centre is Eastleigh which boasts many amenities. Eastleigh has a train station, we are 2 minute walk to local bus route.
