This is a spacious two bedroom first floor apartment situated in Beverley. The apartment has been fully renovated in February 2021 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is ample free off street parking available at the property (no allocated space). The location of the apartment is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 10minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops,bars, restaurants, cinema etc. This luxury apartment has two beautifully decorated double bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms have adequate storage for your belongings. The accommodation is across one level offering an open plan living/kitchen/diner. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided. For each booking there will be a small welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 4 people. The lounge area comprises of two two seater sofas, coffee table & 40" smart TV. Also benefits from a juliette balcony which is nice for those warm summer evenings. The property has one main bathroom which offers shower over bath, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. The apartment also includes washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, mop and various cleaning resources. Super fast fibre optic broadband is available for the duration of your stay. Guests have full use of the apartment for the duration of their stay. The apartment is self check and keys are stored away in the key safe on site, the code will be provided privately before arrival. Please make a note of this information as I am aware phone signals are not always reliable. Please note that if you book the apartment for 2 guests but require the second bedroom please make sure you request this when booking as there may be an additional charge. Price is based on 2 people sharing one room. This does not apply to a booking of 4. The hosts do not live here. We are happy to be contacted via telephone or email. We live close by should we be required to help with anything. Beverley Town centre is a short stroll away. The centre offers a variety of upmarket amenities, from bars and restaurants to designer shops & independent boutiques etc. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the town hosts a market selling local produce. The town offers a large supermarket as well as an M&S Food Hall. Popular attractions close to the town centre include Beverley Minster, Beverley Westwood & Beverley Racecourse which hosts various events on the calendar. Throughout the year there are various events such as Christmas Markets, Beverley Gin Festival, Beverley Beer Festival, Beverley Folk Festival and Beverley Food Festival and many more. Beverley train station is a 15 minute walk and provides good links to Hull, York and Scarbrough. Local reliable taxi firms are available to get you from around town if required.
