Both properties share 150 meters of fully private beach front. All areas of a nearly 1100 sq meter house. Including private hottub in master bedroom, private indoor pool, recreation rooms, bar area, TV lounges, and dining room. Upstairs has three large and one medium bedroom, and there are sofas, lounge areas etc that can at a push be used to sleep several more people. The house manager is available to assist with any questions or queries you may have. Vaal Marina is an idyllic, scenic little town. Restaurants, churches and of course, great for anyone who loves the water. Very safe neighbourhood. The property is right across a large piece of land, great for walking, quad biking or playing with dogs. Motorcraft, pets, and watercraft and boats welcome. There is a second house on the property (Miramar Beach House Vaal Marina) also available on Airbnb that shares the 8 hectare stand. The beach house is self contained, and fenced off from the main house and is 200M away, but will share the private beach front with the main house. If available guests can rent both properties for a weekend as Miramar estate and effectively sleep up to 20 people in the entire campus.
