Cosy Houseboat near Citycenter

My boat has everything to make your stay comfortable, incl. 2 bikes. Central heating, a woodstove (wood not provided), shower, kitchen, living room, bedroom and even a dishwasher! The feeling of living inside the belly of this 100-year old steel ship will be a special memory! My boat is suitable for young people who prefer a 'not so standard' place to stay 😊. When the weather is nice you can sunbathe on my terrace next to the boat. Or even swim in the canal! Did you ever have a 25 m. long houseboat to yourselves? A great experience! My ship is comfortable, warm and cosy. I bet you'll feel right at home! Book and be the (temporary) captain! De ruimte Wonen op een boot primitief? Valt reuze mee :-) Ook al is het schip meer dan 100 jaar oud en is het geen vt-wonen onderkomen, er is centrale verwarming, een houtkachel (hout zelf meebrengen), douche, keuken, woonkamer, slaapkamer en zelfs een vaatwasser! En je hebt het hele schip voor jezelf. Supermarkt om de hoek, leuke restaurants op minder dan 2 minuten lopen. Als het mooi weer is, kun je op het houten terras naast de boot zonnebaden. Of je kunt zwemmen in het kanaal! Het water is schoon en fris. Parkeer je auto gratis op het terrein bij mijn schip. Je verblijft op 15 minuten loopafstand van het historische stadscentrum, de bus naar het centrum/station stopt op 1 minuut loopafstand van mijn boot. Maar je mag ook een van mijn fietsen pakken. Veel leuke wandelingen, mooie parken, honderden restaurants, bars, prachtige musea ... Je zult zien. Groningen is de moeite waard! Living on a boat primitive? No way! You'll be living on 20 minute walk of the historic city centre, bus to the center/station stops on a 1 minute walk from my boat. But you can also take my bike(s). Lots of nice walks, beautiful parks, hundreds of restaurants, bars, beautiful museums... You'll see. Groningen will be worth your while! You will have the whole boat to yourself. My boat is located at a 3 minute walk from a supermarket. There are some very nice, cosy restaurants in the neighborhood. By bike you can reach the bustling centre of Groningen within 10 minutes. The easiest way to get around in Groningen is by bike. I have two bikes that you can use. Ofcourse you can also go by bus or on foot. There are many parkinglots in the city center but biking is more fun, no parkingfee and more convenient :-) Eventueel is er de mogelijkheid voor een vierde slaapplek. Ervaring leert dat de boot minder geschikt is voor 50+'ers omdat die wat andere verwachtingen hebben. De entree is stijl en het bed is laag. My boat is not very suitable for 50+ guests. The entrance is steep and the bed low.
