The Cottage on 70, pool-facing beauty

A charming cottage which is ideal for couples- the space contains a picturesque bedroom with a double bed, small study corner and television set. We pride ourselves in affording our guests 100% cotton linen, for their luxury and relaxation. An elegantly styled kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, sink. There is a beautifully designed shower and two toilets, one inside the cottage and another outside, for convenience when using outside facilities. Additional facilities include a pool, lappa and braai facilities, plus the unit has aircon, which guests can use for their comfort. Linen, towels, soap, cleaning supplies and tea and coffee are provided. Laundry or cleaning requirements will come at additional charges. Safety features include, alarm system, CCTV cameras and electric gate. Guests will have access to the family pool and braai facilities. Guests will be given their privacy but can contact the hosts at any time. The Cottage on 70 is located in Montclair, which is a southern suburb of Durban,KwaZulu-Natal. - It is a very peaceful area. - Montclair is 7,3km away from Ansteys Beach. - Montclair Mall is 500m away. Other nearby malls include Bluff Towers and Hillside Mall. - KFC and Chicken Lickin are within walking distance. - There is a sports field and tennis court, 500m away. -Kenneth Stainbank Nature Reserve is 3.7 km (bike trail, bird watching, trail running, animal spotting) . Uber, Bolt and Yo Taxi are available for transportation. We are also on a municipality bus route . Please note that the cottage will be cleaned weekly, and linen changed, for guests staying for longer than a week. Only guests booked at the Cottage will be allowed on the property. One car will be allowed per booking. While every care will be taken to clean the Cottage and all amenities, guests are responsible for leaving all amenities as found. As a result, guests will be responsible for costs incurred to replace broken or damaged items and remove tough stains from linen.
