Welcome to our pretty period terraced cottage, which combines a host of character features with all the practicalities of modern living, situated very close to the centre of Marlow town with the high street, train station and the river thames within a short walk. Also within walking distance there is an array of shops, bars and restaurants including Tom Kerridge's Michelin two star Hand & Flowers, which is 200 yards from the property, as well as Marlow Ivy Garden, Cotes and many more. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all your comforts from home. As you step through the front door into the beautiful exposed beam lounge which includes a two seater sofa, chair and 32" smart TV. Leading on from the lounge is the kitchen dining area where you will find everything you need for a perfect stay including: Electric oven Hob Fridge Microwave Coffee machine Dish washer Washing machine Tumble dryer Dining table following through from the kitchen is the conservatory with a two seater sofa and chair, a perfect place to unwind after a long day. French doors then lead out on to the enclosed cottage garden which includes furniture and chiminea/bbq. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the master bedroom you will find a double bed, dressing table/work station and 32" smart TV The second bedroom contains a single trundle that can be made into a double bed with a dressing table/work station. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The cottage is situated within Marlow Town centre there is council pay and display parking opposite the property (free from 7pm-7am) A bus stop is also opposite the property which can take you to Henley-on-Thames (8 miles away)
