Rustic room in idyllic old farm house
Imsweiler is a small, charming village in the middle of beautiful nature. Our house is close to Imsweiler station. You can go to Kaiserslautern by train or car in 20-30min. Your room is in the typical traditional style of old German farm houses. There are two beds in your room. Please feel free to sit on our terrasse in the courtyard. For at least two guests we also provide breakfast (10€ p.p.). We also live in the house, so we can answer your questions, give you advice for trips etc. The room is in an old farmhouse built in 1829. The building is in a good state. As we have another bathroom upstairs, the one on the groundfloor will mostly be yours. Obviously you can use our kitchen. We have a beautiful courtyard with a lot of trees and green and a terrace that you can use as well. Your room is located on the groundfloor next to the entrance door. Your bathroom is also on the groundfloor and is accessed via the kitchen. As we are also living in the house, we will be there to welcome you and answer all your questions, give you advice for trips etc. The house is located centrally but quietly in the village. Next to the house there is a small river. You have to walk only a few minutes to be surrounded by nature. There are many hills, so you will have a nice view if you walk up. You can walk to the Imsweiler train station in 10 minutes; from where you can get to Kaiserslautern in 27 minutes and to Bad Kreuznach in 42 minutes. The trains leave every hour. Imsweiler has also a good road connection; the highway A63 is 10 km away. There is free parking space next to the house. If you are at least two guest, we can provide you a nice breakfast (for an additional fee of 10€ per person). We have some chickens, ducks and sometimes geese in the courtyard; so in case you are a light sleeper you might want to use earplugs.
