This lovely modern two bedroom apartment is centrally located within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. High Wycombe train station is a six minute walk away with trains to Wembley Stadium, London Marylebone etc. The Rye, a 53 acre public park is a 10 minute walk away and has two children’s playgrounds, an open air swimming pool, gym and tennis courts. The apartment is perfectly located and is a great place for couples, business travellers, families and friends. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via one flight of stairs. You will have sole use of the apartment during your stay. There is a separate kitchen, living room, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have king size beds* and wardrobes with hanging space. (*We can swap one of the king size beds for two single beds for an additional fee). The sofa bed is in the living room and has all the bedding and linen stored in the hallway cupboard, already made up ready for use. There is a large flat screen smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc.), dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen has a full height fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, oven, full size dishwasher, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. are provided so that you can cook should you wish. (There are plenty of takeaways available in High Wycombe on Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats should you prefer!) There is a washer/dryer in the hallway cupboard as well as an iron and full size ironing board for any crumpled and creased clothes. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath; both large and small towels are provided for all guests. There is a secure gated car park to the rear of the building. Parking for one car is free but you will need to reserve a parking space at the time of booking. There is additional on street pay and display parking on Priory Road outside the apartment should you need it. The apartment is a self check-in. You will be emailed with detailed instructions on where to park, how to access the building and how to get the keys to your apartment from the lock box. You will have our contact number and email in the event of any queries or issues checking in. This is a non-smoking apartment in an entirely residential building. Noise restrictions apply after 10pm. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy as you found it. If you accidentally break or damage anything, please let us know straight away. If you spill things please wipe them up and please dispose of your own rubbish and food before you depart. The communal bins are located in the car park to the rear of the building. Thank you! Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am.
