Beautiful modern house with a view of the volcano

Grindavík - a city in southwestern Iceland, on the southern coast of the Reykjanes Peninsula. - 4 km to the car park next to the volcano -5 minutes by car to Blue Lagoon, -15 minutes by car to Keflavik AirPort -40 minutes by car to the capital of Iceland Reykjavik -20 minute by car to Gunnuhver Hot Springs - 15 minutes by car to Brimketill, beautiful cliffs and geothermal spring - near Hopsnes Lighthouse Beautiful terraced house. The house was built in 2019. A large parking space in front of the house for two cars. Large patio with garden furniture and backlight at the back of the house, from which you can admire the Thorbjorn mountain or the northern lights. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, bedside tables, three wardrobes and a dressing table with a pouf. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle and all kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, pots, cutlery, toaster, juicer, steamer, wine glasses and many others). The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a hand dryer (capsules and washing liquids are also available). Bathroom with tub, clean towels, hairdryer and soap, shampoo and lotions. The dining room is equipped with a table and four chairs, access to coffee, tea, sugar and water. The living room is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, dresser, 55-inch TV (you can use Netflix) and a JBL sound system. It is a completely new estate.
