With exclusive hire at Treetops you will have the benefit of all 3 cottages, offering flexible a accommodation for up-to 12 guests. Included with your stay will be our heated indoor pool, Sauna & Hot Tub in addition to our beautifully landscaped Olive garden with extensive patio. We also have a day spa where you can book individual treatments during your stay should you require. We are a beautiful, tranquil setting suitable for families or friends looking to enjoy the best of Lincolnshire The cottage configuration offers great flexibility with all of them benefiting from their own kitchen, dining and longing space. Cottage 1 - 1 Bedroom with King Size bed and En-suite Cottage 2 - 2 Bedrooms with 1 En-suite King and a Twin. This also has a family bathroom Cottage 3 - 2 Bedrooms with 1 king and a Twin. This cottage has a family bathroom We also have toddler beds, fold out single beds and sofa beds to offer even greater flexibility if required Please note that the pool, sauna and hot tub are sometimes utilised by the Spa during the day. To minimise the impact on you, we limit this to once a day. As an example, the pool is available to you from 11.30 am each day if we have a spa, 10am if not.
