Private Garden Lodge in Christchurch, Dorset

A luxurious and recently renovated very spacious studio lodge with garden views. Free high-speed WiFi with a wood-burner and electric heater. Off-road parking & electric charge point. The Lodge has private easy 24 hour access via the garden. Patio area with chairs for al fresco dining. Double bed and a double futon/sofa-bed. Very close to award winning Bournemouth beaches with stunning views to the Isle of Wight and the Needles, the New Forest National Park, with its ponies and walks. The Lodge is an open plan self contained space with a double bed and Futon Sofa bed. Full kitchen facilities with cooker, electric hob, built in larder fridge freezer, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The shower room has a walk in shower with loo, bidet and sink. There is a log burner (with wood provided). Please note whilst children and pets are welcome the log burner is only protected with a small guard. The Lodge is accessible through the garden - it would be recommended to keep dogs on a lead and note that we have rabbits in a hutch close to the house. Next to the lodge is a firepit which you are welcome to use in the evenings. You will have full access to the Lodge 24 hours. Access to the Lodge is through the garden of the main house. We have an EV charger available to charge your electric car (charges will apply). We will be available in person or via mobile during your stay to. We are a family with three children aged between 6 and 11 and will welcome to you our property but will very much leave you alone! We will provide a house manual and will be on hand for any recommendations in the local area. Dorset's Christchurch offers the perfect solution with a choice of award-winning beaches, coastal nature reserves, heritage attractions and a charming Quay. Two picturesque rivers, a stunning natural harbour, outdoor Splashpark and wonderful beaches offer the ideal holiday playground. The historic Priory Church and Castle ruins help give an olde world charm to the attractive, bustling town centre with its range of independent shops, high street stores and regular markets. The beautiful beaches of Bournemouth and Poole are only a short drive away and the Lodge provides the perfect base to visit further afield along the Jurassic Coast or take advantage of the many walks and bikes rides available in the New Forest. There really is something for everyone! We would recommend a car to make experience in the local area but there are many bus routes nearby. The lodge sleeps four in two double beds. We welcome families, couples and friends, however please note if both beds are used the living space is less and ask you to be aware of this for extended stays if you have older children or if there are more adults than 2.
