Cosy fully furnished appartment in Viby, Århus

This is a very beautiful and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing after a long day at work. A very light apartment, where the sun shines both in the morning and also in the afternoon. An appartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 living+ dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a closed balcony. I live here alone so you will have your own room with a double bed. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, TV in the living room and all necesary equipment available in the kitchen. The neihhbours are super sensitive to noises so no parties, and unfortunately no children are allowed. This is a non smoking appartment and pets are strictly forbidden by the owner union. It is easy to find the place with a GPS navigation or (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps. There is a big parking space right in front of the building which is free of charge. The neighborhood is very green and quiet. There is a big shopping center nearby - Mega Syd, where you have supermarkets (Fakta & Kvickly) and many other stores. Viby Center is about 20 minutes walking. Parking is allowed in front of the building and is free of charge. We stay inside with no shoes on.
