A lovely twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom overlooking the pretty garden of a Grade II listed house in Littlehampton. Chichester, Arundel and Goodwood are within easy reach. The house is three minutes' walk from Littlehampton station and easy walking distance from the town centre where there are supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. The River Arun is just across the road from the house and a ten-minute stroll along the newly-constructed river walk leads to Littlehampton's safe swimming beach. The space is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and a bath. Tea and coffee making facilities are in the room. Guests can have use of a private sitting room if they wish. Continental breakfast is served in the kitchen which overlooks the walled garden and can be taken outside in fine weather. This is my home and I will be here to greet guests when they arrive and to give help and information if they need it. I will be here to serve breakfast. The house is close to the town centre with restaurants, bars and shops. The house overlooks the River Arun which provides pleasant walking routes. The area is quiet in the evenings and at night but is a little busier during the day. The train station is a three-minute walk away, providing travel to London, Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth. Buses to local towns leave from outside the station. If you are going to an event at Goodwood, it is better to go by train than drive. Take the train to Chichester (17 minutes) and pick up the free courtesy bus to Goodwood from the bus station just opposite the railway station.
