We are only 2 minutes walk away from Princes Avenue, which has 10 cafe bars and 14 restaurants, Small Double bedroom available, with flat screen TV and WiFi. *PLEASE NOTE: The hosts are living in the property & you are NOT allow to invite anyone else to the property UNLESS you have our permission. You'd be responsible for any damage or things gone missing IF anyone else invited to the property. Warm and comfy bedroom with a Queen size bed. Modern kitchen with great space for entertaining. We have a very friendly cat called Madame. xBox with FIFA21 available. TV and WiFi internet in every room. Shower room. Comfy living room with gas fire. From Hull Paragon station, Bus service to Princes Avenue (Sainsbury's bus stop). There are buses available on Princes Avenue every 5 minutes, going to City Centre and to Hull University area.
