We welcome you in our millstone house of 90m2 in the center of Melun, close to all shops. It is ideal for 6 but can accommodate 8 people. But this ad is for 2 persons maximum. Direct access to buses (bus stop 5 minutes walk and bus station 10 minutes walk). Some touristic places: -40km from Paris -13km from Fontainebleau and his castle. -6km from the castle of Vaux-le-vicomte. -50km from Provins, the medieval town. -etc It is ideal for 6 but can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, you will find a living room of 25m2 with a wood stove (wood will be available), a bathroom with walk-in shower of 120cm and a bath and a bedroom with double bed 140x190 (room 1). In this living room, there is a kitchen equipped with: -fridge -gas cookers -dishwasher -microwave -Coffee machine. On the floor, a parental suite with bed of 160x200 with sofa bed of a person and a room with simple bed and possibility of adding an inflatable bed (room 3). A baby cot will also be at your disposal. You can also enjoy our large terrace and a garden. Our parking place is closed. There is also a possibility of car rental surcharge. We will not be on place during your travel but available at any hour and will welcome you at your arrival. Direct access to buses (bus stop 5 minutes walk and bus station 10 minutes walk). Our closed garden have places for cars if you want to park them. Aucune fête n'est tolérée, la musique devra avoir un son raisonnable; maison non fumeur toutes activités présentent dans la maison ou le jardin doivent être aux normes légales du pays tout non respect à cette régle pourra faire l'objet d'un départ immédiat de la maison, obligation d'occuper les lieux en bon père de famille.
