This cute little house has 45m2 and a 10m2 terrace and is perfect for a an off-grid stay. Ideal if you want to escape a hectic life or want to relax. The house is equipped with both a bathtub as well as a shower and a separate toilet. You will find towels and soap are already waiting for you. If you like cooking or just want to stay in and enjoy your meal you can do so in the built-in-kitchen. A little stove, a refrigerator and necessities like plates and cutlery are all at your disposal. You can rent the complete Tiny House - including the little terrace. In front of the house you've the possibility to enjoy a little green garden area. Full of flowers & herbs We'll welcome you upon your arrival, give you the keys and will give you instructions where needed. If you want to know what to do while you are staying with us we would be pleased to help you and recommend some of our favorite spots. The landscape, untouched nature and beautiful hiking destinations will take your breath away. You'll be living in a quiet neighborhood that still offers plenty things to do. * Stift Vorau 🏰. Few Golfcourses⛳ fishing🎏. Skiing🎿. Bycicling 🚲 Thermen wellness, Supermarkets, restaurants and sights can be reached best by car but a bus station is right next to the house. The next bigger towns are Dechantskirchen, Pinggau and St.Lorenzen. If you want to make a short trip to Burgenland it only takes 15 min to get there by car. Public transportation is possible : You can travel by train : Choose trainstation "Dechantskirchen", then you can organize a taxi for 4 Euros (SAM via ISTmobil App) , and ask for a drive to BURGFELD ORTSMITTE AUSZEITPLATZ. Please make sure to read the house rules and be aware that this is a strict no-smoking household. If you wish to smoke you can do so on the front porch of the house. I and my Co-Host, we follow Airbnb's extended cleaning protocol based on expert recommendations. Here are some key points: > I/We frequently disinfect surfaces that I touch, right down to every doorknob. > I/We use detergents and disinfectants recommended by global health authorities, and I/We wear protective gear to prevent cross-contamination. > I/We clean every room using extensive cleaning checklists. > I/We will provide additional cleaning supplies so guests can clean the property during their stay. > I/We obey local laws, including additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
