The apartment is situated on a 150 meters high Mt. Carmel hilltop. The west-facing balcony is warm during winter seasons, but the gentle breeze from the Mediterranean keeps it comfortable also during the summer. Sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for 2. Wi-Fi, a laptop, laser printer and TV. 2 fat E-bikes free of charge but on your own full responsibility, with bags and enough power to drive down to the beach and back. There you find peace and quiet, yet a lot to see and experience is in vicinity starting from artillery museum next door. The town itself offers drama in the form of Nili and Aliyah museums - which tell about the beginnings of the fulfillation of God's prophecies about restoration of Israel. Breakfast is available in the neighbouring Hotel Eden Inn - for a charge of 65/85 NIS. Their pool can be used for 50 shekels a day/person. Free onsite parking is always available. Binyamina railway station is 6 kms away and accessible direct from Ben Gurion airport every 30 minutes. Closest shopping mall is about 1 km away. Zichron Ya'akov is only 1 hour or less away from most of North & Central Israel tourist locations including: airport, Acco, Yafo, Nazareth, Tiberias, Mt. Beautitudes, Rosh Hanikra, Mt. Tabor, Yardenit, Haifa & Tel Aviv. For Christian traveller Zichron is really centrally located in between many interesting biblical places. Many beaches are within 10-14 kms by road. 43" TV is available with over 200 channels on multiple languages. To get hot water, you need to use the boiler timer for 30 minutes a day. This is a common feature in Israel. There is a camera on the terrace, but it is pointing towards the scenery and not the terrace - for owners to enjoy the view as well. The camera is NOT equipped with a microphone. There is no intrusion of your privacy.
