House in Green Coast Angra dos Reis

House on the slope of Serra do Mar from where you can see the beach and the Atlantic Forest. The house and location are simple. Not in condominium, but the location is restricted to residents and closed. The house is well cared for, very airy and bright. Living room with three and two seater sofas, TV, dining table and computer. One bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with a bunk bed each. Full kitchen of meal preparation utensils. Bathroom, laundry area, yard, shower, barbecue, parking in principle for a car, wifi. PLEASE NOTE: DOES NOT INCLUDE BED AND BATH CLOTHING. The guest should bring them. Bed and bath linen is available for a fee.
