Room 1, Bury St Edmunds, a warm welcome

Welcoming basic accommodation within walking distance of Bury St Edmunds town centre (about 20 minutes) and train station (about 10 minutes). Breakfast included. Plenty of parking, pub that does food, 24 hour petrol station/mini shop and supermarkets nearby. Happy to advise on places to visit, and chat if that's what you want and I'm around. Use of lounge, kitchen if required. Breakfast provided. Shared bathroom with other guests and myself. Bury St Edmunds is a lovely historic town, with plenty to do and see. The Abbey Gardens are stunning, there is a good market twice a week, and some interesting historic buildings. Good range of shops, both independent and chain, and variety of eating places. Easy access to Cambridge and London. I am near the A14, and the train station is walking distance (about 10 minutes). Plenty of parking, both on drive and in street. Bus stop within a couple of minutes walk. Light breakfast provided. Gluten free and vegan options.
