The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities. In Ikaria, in the enchanting Magganitis in one of the most beautiful seaside villages in the southwest of the island, there is Nefeli's room. The room is located 7 minutes from the beautiful Fyrodi beach and 20 minutes from the famous and exotic Seychelles beach. Our beaches are unique and some of the safest and most protected in our island from the summer meltemia. The house is also surrounded by 1.5 acres field full of olive trees. The room is part of the house but with its own private entrance and its own very large balcony of 20 sq.m. with a magnificent view to the Aegean Sea. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities such as a toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, wireless internet access, kitchenette, kitchenware, sugar, coffee etc. You can relax on the balcony or in the courtyard and enjoy your coffee or drink overlooking the sea, the mountain or the village. The village is a verdant seaside valley surrounded by high mountains and sea, which has olive trees, fig trees, pine trees, holly trees, cube trees that are accompanied by huge menirs, giving it its unique character. Coming from the port of Evdilos to Magganitis passing through the wild nature of southern Ikaria, a tunnel leads you to the valley of Magganitis. Our room is ideally located for hikers and Magganitis has trails to several villages on the island (Raches, Mesaria, Frantato). Natural springs, cisterns, hiking trails, flowers, forests and wonderful beaches make Magganitis. In our village you can find anything you want, there is a playground for children in the center of the village, cafes and traditional restaurants, taverns, and meze shops. So you can enjoy local food, wine, fresh vegetables and delicious fruits in the village's shops. there is also a café-mini market for your needs. Even the shops often organize musical evenings with traditional orchestras creating a wonderful atmosphere. Also, from the port of Magganitis every Monday, Wednesday and Friday departs a boat at 8.00 am. which goes in an hour to Agios Kirikos with 3.5 euros and departs from Agios Kirykos at 2.30 pm to Magganitis. The route is wonderful because you enjoy the view of the island from the sea. There are also two more boats by July and August, which daily go to Seychelles and other beaches. We are waiting for you in the beautiful Magganitis to enjoy our island. Prices are affordable and friendly and we will do our best to make your holidays beautiful.
