The Huge garden with outdoor covered eating area, gas BBQ, bar, hot tub, plunge pool, trampoline, bike track (ride at own risk) and pigs. Large fully secure drive way parking for up to 8 cars. Ideal for a small group looking for a private get away. The property is easy to find and on a very secluded large 1.3 acre plot. The garden and house is completely screened from all neighbours and offers complete privacy for any occasion. The cottage sleeps 8 with a mixture of 1 king size, 2 small doubles and 2 single beds. The property is very popular with its outdoor facilities in the summer and being very close to a country pub, 18 hole golf course and scenic walks there is plenty of activities to participate in. If you will be staying in the colder months there are plenty of other activities to do such as shopping in the large outlet centre which is just 45 min away, stunning winter walks or exploring in the historic town of Godalming. The properties spacious kitchen and entrance make a great space for entertaining or simply getting organised after a long walk. The kitchen is also flooded with natural light throughout the day which is guaranteed to lighten your mood! When the evening finally comes you can either relax under the stars in the outside seating area with a fire pit or you can retreat into the cosy sitting room with its ancient 16th century roof beams, log burner and atmospheric lights. The property is fully equipped to be an amazing experience both in the summer and winter for small groups, hen doos and small parties. Just across the road is a perfect beauty shop which can tend to all your beauty needs from facials to massages. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance from the property including state of the are sports centres. If you want to travel further a field there is more of a night life in Guildford which is just 10 min away. The golf clubhouse is just 400m away from the front door with private access to the course from the properties back gate. The private locked drive has space for 8 vehicles which is perfect for groups. In terms of getting around, you wont want to leave! there are pubs and restaurants within a short walk but you can also walk into town to see the larger shops which is around a 40 min walk. Being in the Surrey Hills we are not short of cycle trails and footpaths so you can get around to every local town off road. Owner will give the guests a 20 min tour of the property then leave them to it. The owner and his 3 boys occasionally stay on site in separate accommodation away from the house and do not disturb any guests. Cottage is situated 5 min from Godalming, a beautiful medieval town on the River Wey. The high street has a good range of shops, bars, restaurants and a Waitrose and Sainsbury’s. Godalming station is on the main line from Portsmouth to London, Waterloo. The local pub is 400m away, Golf course 500m, countryside walks on the doorstep. Beautiful walks on heathland areas only 5 min drive, lots of country pubs. The best way to access the property is by car. The owner is happy to collect 4 guests from the local train station. There is a bus stop 100m away which stops in Godalming. There are lots of footpaths and cycle routes from the property. The driveway is secured at night and guests have 24 hr access. Plunge pool is closed from the 1st October and open on 1st May. Football goal for children only. Bike track and dirt jumps in the field are used at own risk.
