Large archipelago house with tennis court

The perfect stay for those who enjoy tennis, badminton, boule or basket. You find it all just outside the house! We have a jetty hundred meters from the house for swimming or why not fish. If you have a boat you may anchor by the jetty. For the children we have a trampoline. 1 km from our house there is a lake with a beach and in summer the temperature is well over 20 degrees. An 18 hole golf course is located 10 minutes from the island. The house is just 40 minutes with car from Stockholm. Our house was built 1891. During this period wealthy families discovered the possibility to spend their summers in the archipelago and builders soon built big summer houses around the islands near Stockholm – such as our house. It has of course been renovated several times since then and is today a modern house with all facilities you need. Wifi and a Sono speaker system on both floors. A sauna in the bottom floor. A big garden with 2 dining places for 8- 10 persons. A charcoal and a gas grill for outdoor dining. The house has three living rooms and 4 rooms with beds and two verandas, two complete bathrooms and two toilets. Two cottages in the garden with further beds There are no supermarkets on the island. You may shop at Vaxholm or take the car to the mainland (free car ferry) where you will find several shopping centers just 15 minutes away. Staying in our house means that you have full access to the whole house and facilities We always meet our guests upon arrival and explain all important and practical issues in the house. We are always available on our mobile. r The house is located in an old archipelago building in a unique environment with friendly permanent living all around. From the site boundary it is only 50 meters to the sea and our jetty. Local bus stops outside the house for transport to Waxholm's boats and ferry location Local bus to Waxholm boat docks and ferry location. At Höganäsbrygga there are boats to Stockholm, Vaxholm and the outer archipelago and is a 5 minute walk from the house In winter you can go ice skating on our lake.
